From the start to finish, our stay was excellent. We arrived late on our first night and the welcome we got was out of this world. the owner met us at the door with a lovely smile and served us a wonderful home-cooked meal for 2 in front of the fire, with a nice glass of wine. the location is spectacular, with views that are simply out of this world. the hotel is well-appointed and the staff were superb, accommodating everything from good initial communication to above and beyond requests.
Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about our stay. the hotel, staff, and location were all amazing.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, always willing to help out. The homemade cakes and fresh orange juice for breakfast were a delicious treat. The location of the hotel was beautiful, with stunning views and plenty of opportunities for walking.
There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, which was a bit of a disappointment. It would have been nice to have the option to make a hot drink in the comfort of our own room.

Waking up to the chirping of birds and a stunning view of the mountains and city is definitely the highlight of this place. The breakfast spread is also something to look forward to with freshly squeezed juices and homemade pastries. The comfortable bed and well-working central heating added to the overall experience.
Locating the hotel was a bit of a hassle, and our navigation system led us through narrow roads. the dinner could use some improvement to match up to the other aspects of the hotel.
